Commercial Use Terms

All TateMadeModern files can be used for personal and for commercial use for physical products only, with no additional commercial license required, with the exception of selling transfers (Sublimation Transfers, Screen Print Transfers, Waterslide Decals, Craft Iron-On Transfers, Printed/Cut Vinyl Transfers) - for which an extended use license purchase is required.

No sales of digital product are permitted - including digital or altered digital artwork.

TateMadeModern owns the copyright to all of the designs in the shop, as every single design has been created by me, the owner, Aubrey Tate. All have been created with fonts to which I own a commercial license to use. TateMadeModern creates all original content and strives to research all potential pre-existing trademarks before releasing new product. If you intend to sell a physical commercial product please do your own research on trademarked phrases and words - you can search trademarks on the USPTO government website.

License Agreement for Free Designs

All TateMadeModern freebie designs are able to be used for both personal & commercial use. No sales of digital product are permitted - including digital or altered digital artwork.

Extended Licenses

Purchasing an extended use license allows you, as a small business owner, to sell TateMadeModern digital designs as Printed Transfers. Entire shop & single design purchase options are available.

This includes:
✚ Sublimation Transfers
✚ Screen Print Transfers
✚ Waterslide Decals
✚ Craft Iron-On Transfers
✚ Printed/Cut Vinyl Transfers

Designs are NOT included with the license listing and must be purchased separately. This does NOT give you permission to sell or distribute the designs digitally in ANY format.

Your paid transaction will serve as confirmation of your rights of extended usage. Please keep this as well as transaction receipts from Etsy for your records as proof of purchase.

This license does NOT allow you to:
*Use the design in its original digital format of any kind for resale
*Claim these designs as your own
